Read reviewDoktor Judi

What the statuses mean
The linked reviews rate these brands Not Recommended. Watchlist entries remain identified separately; neither label alone establishes theft or non-payment. This directory is not a complete market register.
Warning review
A linked review records concerns and a Not Recommended verdict. Read the actual reason; this is not automatically a finding of theft or non-payment.
Watchlist
Unresolved identity, licence or terms concerns. These entries must remain distinct from a documented case of player harm.
Earlier listing means a name inherited from the older page whose supporting evidence needs more review. Keeping the name visible is neither a new finding nor clearance.
Check the evidence behind the warning
A useful warning identifies the exact website, explains the concern, links supporting evidence and shows when it was checked. A matching brand name is not enough when sites share names or redirect elsewhere.
A low score, large bonus, losing streak or delayed reply does not by itself prove fraud. Check a licence logo against the regulator’s record and the domain it covers. Read our review methodology and guide to licences and game oversight.
Read the investigations
- Scam Watch #1 — Malaysian brand investigations and their evidence limits.
- Scam Watch #2 — licence findings and the reasons behind changed review verdicts.
- The doorway-network investigation — branded pages and sign-up links that can lead to a different operator.
For practical checks, read bonus-term red flags and the withdrawal and identity-check glossary. Our Malaysian casino comparison explains licence findings and limitations; a ranking is not a guarantee of safety or payment.
If money is missing
- Stop sending money to resolve the problem. Keep the exact site address, payment receipts, withdrawal reference, account messages and terms that applied.
- For a withdrawal dispute, ask for the reason in writing. Ask the operator to identify the relevant rule. Check whether the regulator actually covers the operator and offers a complaint route; do not assume a particular outcome.
- If you suspect an online financial scam, contact your bank or NSRC 997 immediately. Then lodge a police report as well. A 997 call does not replace that report. If you cannot reach 997, contact your bank’s official hotline. Recovery is not guaranteed. See the NSRC guidance published by Hong Leong Bank.

Blacklist and watchlist FAQs
What is the difference between a blacklist and a watchlist?
A blacklist should identify the documented reason for a serious warning. A watchlist identifies unresolved concerns and must not imply proven theft. Read each entry’s status, dated explanation and linked review. Earlier listings are separated because their supporting evidence still needs review.
Does a missing casino name mean it is safe?
No. This directory is not a complete market register. No search result means only that the name does not match an entry here; it is not an endorsement or licence confirmation.
Does an unconfirmed licence prove a casino is a scam?
No. It means the licence could not be established from the evidence described in the review. That is a reason for caution, but it does not by itself prove theft, rigged games or a refused withdrawal.
Are all entries checked on the page’s update date?
No. Each linked review has its own recorded check dates. The page update date can reflect clearer summaries or layout changes; it does not mean every operator was checked again that day. Earlier listings have no newly verified date.
What should I do if I think I have been scammed?
Contact your bank or NSRC 997 promptly and lodge a police report as well. Save payment records, messages and the exact website address. Reporting does not guarantee recovery. See the help section and linked guidance.
What evidence should I check before relying on a warning?
Check the exact website and company, the dated concern, the supporting source and any later correction. A regulator record must cover the relevant operator and domain. An old complaint or a matching brand name is not enough to establish what is happening now.
