12Play fails our licence check: it says it is licensed in Montenegro but gives no licence number, and the register of online operators published by the Montenegro gaming regulator does not list it. It is not licensed in Singapore.

We do not recommend 12Play because it failed our licence check. Its Singapore-facing site publishes several welcome offers, but their size does not resolve the licensing concern. Our Singapore comparison explains the checks behind our listings; an offshore licence does not make online casino gambling legal in Singapore.

The offer terms below were read on 6 October 2026. They use both SGD and USDT, which we label separately. Account eligibility and the ability to claim an offer were not tested. The separate licence finding remains dated 30 September 2026.

Overview: the licensing concern

12Play launched as a regional Asian-facing operator and pivoted hard into the crypto vertical during 2023-2024, before most Singaporean competitors took USDT seriously. Its site says it is licensed by the Government of Montenegro (“E-Gambling Montenegro”) and gives a Malta business address, but it quotes no licence number and names no licensed company, and 12Play is not among the 13 online operators on the register published by Montenegro’s gaming regulator, the Games of Chance Administration (dated 31 December 2025). The licence badge in its footer links to gambling-montenegro.com, a privately registered website, not to the regulator. The Singapore-facing version publishes offers in SGD and USDT, accepts SGD bank deposits via Help2Pay-style local cashiers, and runs a parallel crypto cashier supporting 10+ digital assets.

Different promotions apply to different games and payment types. Compare the specific offer terms rather than treating all welcome bonuses as one package.

The following are operator-published terms read on 6 October 2026, not an endorsement or a promise that an account qualifies. Do not assume the offers can be combined.

150% crypto welcome: sports and esports

The published example uses a USDT50 deposit and USDT75 bonus. At 18x the combined USDT125, it requires USDT2,250 of qualifying turnover. The exclusions rule out games other than sports and esports. This is not a general slots bonus.

We did not establish a 50-free-spin component for this offer. The reviewed terms also exclude void or cancelled bets, opposite-side bets and bets below the stated minimum odds. These restrictions matter alongside the multiplier.

SGD welcome options

These three options state a minimum qualifying deposit of SGD50. That is a promotion requirement, not proof of the cashier's general minimum. Each offer has exclusions; the shared page's worked example is ambiguous, so we do not use it to calculate an assumed turnover base.

A separate SGD100 deposit-match offer

Another published offer shows SGD100 deposited plus SGD100 bonus, with 5x and SGD1,000 of required turnover. It excludes several game types, including blackjack, non-live table games and Mega888. It is a separate promotion, not an extra layer on the offers above.

What this means: a larger match is not automatically a more useful offer. Currency, eligible games, qualifying deposit and turnover must all match the particular promotion. We have not verified reload or cashback extras for this update and do not include them in the offer comparison.

How to compare the terms

Use the same currency and wagering base when comparing offers. A promotion minimum is not necessarily a deposit minimum, and a game being in the lobby does not mean it counts toward a bonus. Responsible Gambling

12Play is not licensed by Singapore’s Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA).
