RM88 (Richman88) Review
— A Licence Number Curaçao’s Register Does Not Hold
There is deliberately no link to RM88 on this page. Its footer claims Curaçao master licence #1168/JAZ, a number the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s register does not contain, under a sub-licence system Gaming Curaçao itself says ended in August 2024. Under our licence-first rule that caps it at 2–3, and it scores 2 because the claim is contradicted, not just unconfirmed, and comes with red flags: a RM188 sign-up bonus whose own card caps the cash-out at RM20, and a contact page that tells players to download a VPN.

RM88 Review Summary
We have no affiliate deal with RM88 or Richman88 and earn nothing from this page. Unlike our recommended reviews, it carries no link to the operator. How we fund this site.
Desk research, checked 2 October 2026: built from the rendered pages and raw source of rm88a.net (its homepage, every promotion card on its promotions page, and its contact page), the other websites carrying the RM88 or Richman88 name, the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s online gaming licence registry (edition of 21 September 2026) and enforcement register (edition of 14 September 2026), Gaming Curaçao’s own website, and Anjouan’s public licence register. Every figure below is quoted from the page that published it, with that page named.
This review is about RM88 the online casino, not the ringgit amount. RM88 is a Malaysia-facing casino and sportsbook at rm88a.net. Its homepage calls itself the “RICHMAN88 OFFICIAL WEBSITE”, its footer says “RICHMAN88 Is A Registered Trade Mark”, and its site settings name the merchant RICHMAN88, the country MY and the currency MYR — so “RM88” here is short for Richman88. The lobby mixes Bahasa Malaysia and English (Log Masuk, Daftar, Baki), takes ringgit, and opened normally from a Malaysian connection on 2 October 2026.
Its footer claims a Curaçao licence: the “Master License of Gaming Services Provider, N.V. #1168/JAZ”. The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s current registry contains no licence number ending in /JAZ at all, and Gaming Curaçao’s own website gives its master licence as 365/JAZ, says it ceased operations on 18 August 2024, and says every sub-licence under that master licence expired that day.
The money terms are published, and they are the other reason to stop. The homepage gives a RM1.00 minimum deposit and a RM20.00 minimum withdrawal. The headline RM188 Register Free Bonus is played on one slot app, needs 10,000 credits of turnover, and its own card sets the maximum withdrawal at RM20.
Verdict: 2/10. Not recommended; not on our blacklist. We have no verified case of RM88 refusing to pay a named player, and we do not allege one. The score comes from the licence: RM88 names one, and the regulator’s own register contradicts it, so if a withdrawal stops there is no licensing authority to take it to.
Which RM88 site is the real one?
A search for “rm88” mostly brings up prices and currency conversions, plus several casino sites with similar names. These are the addresses connected to the RM88 or Richman88 name and what each one was on 2 October 2026:
| Address | What it is |
|---|---|
rm88a.net | The lobby. Merchant “RICHMAN88”, ringgit cashier, promotions page and the licence footer. Opened normally from a Malaysian connection |
rm88b.net, rm88c.net | Listed with rm88a.net under “OFFICIAL WEBSITE” in the notice on the lobby’s own contact page. Neither exists: no DNS record on Cloudflare’s or Google’s public resolvers |
rm88a.com | An older address. It no longer exists (no DNS record on either resolver), but Malaysian connections still get the MCMC block page for it |
rm88myh5api.fun | Where the lobby’s app button leads: a download page that serves an Android .apk file directly, outside Google Play |
richman88.net | A different site, on different software, that also calls itself Richman88 and takes ringgit. It claims to be licensed by “First Cagayan Leisure & Resort Corporation for the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority”, “the Government of the Netherlands Antilles on the island of Curaçao” and “the Government of Costa Rica”, with no licence number for any of them. Neither site links to the other |
myr88a.com | MYR88, a separately named brand on the same software as RM88, with the same page-title wording. Blocked by MCMC for Malaysian connections |
We are not asserting who owns which domain. The practical points: the RM88 lobby is rm88a.net; two of the three addresses its own notice calls official did not exist on 2 October 2026; and richman88.net is a different site with different terms. RM88 is not M88 either — nothing on rm88a.net refers to it.
The licence line: a Curaçao number the register does not hold
At the foot of the lobby, under the heading LESEN PERMAINAN (gaming licence), sit a Gaming Curaçao logo and this sentence, read on 2 October 2026:
“RICHMAN88 Is A Registered Trade Mark, Brand, And Registered By Moon Technologie. Regulated & Licensed By The Government Of Curacao And Operates Under The Master License Of Gaming Services Provider, N.V. #1168/JAZ.”
The logo is not a validation seal. In the page code it is wrapped in a link whose address is literally the word website, so it opens nothing. Three primary sources settle the sentence:
- The regulator’s register. The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s online gaming licence registry, edition of 21 September 2026, has 665 entries. Every licence number in it begins OGL/ or CGA/. None ends in /JAZ, none is 1168, and no licensee in it is called Gaming Services Provider or Richman.
- Gaming Curaçao’s own website. Read on 2 October 2026, its home page is a single notice: Gaming Curaçao “HAS CEASED OPERATIONS ON AUGUST 18TH 2024”, all sub-licences issued “UNDER GAMING SERVICES PROVIDER N.V.365/JAZ WILL EXPIRE AND ALL SEALS RENDERED INACTVE”, and “ANY ATTEMPT TO DISPLAY ACTIVE SEALS OR CONVEY AN EXTENSION OF EITHER THE SUB-LICENSE OR MASTER LICENSE WILL BE CONSIDERED FRAUDULENT AND ILLEGAL”. RM88’s footer names that same company, but with the number 1168 instead of 365.
- The law that replaced it. The CGA says Curaçao’s National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK) came into effect on 24 December 2024 and makes the CGA the regulator for online gaming. A site the CGA licenses carries a CGA seal that opens the regulator’s certificate portal at
cert.cga.cw.rm88a.nethas no such seal and no link to that portal.
The lobby’s CERTIFICATE & SECURITY heading does not fill the gap. Under it is one image of five logos — BMM, iTech Labs, GoDaddy “Verified & Secured”, iovation and ThreatMetrix — that links nowhere. BMM and iTech Labs test games, GoDaddy sells website security certificates, and iovation and ThreatMetrix are fraud-detection products. None of them is a gambling regulator, and none can make anyone pay a withdrawal (what a licence actually does).
The sentence is not even RM88’s own. The rented casino platform behind the lobby loads an interface-text file with every page, and that file carries the same licence line naming a different brand: “under 4D GANG partnership registered trademark owned by Moon Technology … operates under license of Gaming Services Provider N.V. #1168/JAZ”. The same file loaded with the lobbies of Telur33, Peluang88 and Doktor Judi on 2 October 2026. RM88’s footer reads like that sentence with its own name swapped in. Our Scam Watch #2 follows #1168/JAZ across the other brands that print it.
In fairness, one thing does check out. A company called Moon Technologies B.V. holds a current Curaçao licence, OGL/2023/111/0069, listed in the 21 September 2026 registry as a B2C licence with no expiry date and the status “Indefinite”, and it is not in the CGA’s enforcement register (edition of 14 September 2026). But RM88’s footer spells the name “Moon Technologie”, never cites that number, and the registry lists companies, not the brands or websites they run. We cannot connect RM88 to that licence, and RM88 does not claim it.
We also searched Anjouan’s public licence register, which lists the domains each licence covers, on 2 October 2026. None of its 1,540 entries names RM88, Richman88 or any of the addresses above. RM88 does not claim an Anjouan licence; the search is a cross-check.
Licence status: claimed, and contradicted. The number is not on the regulator’s register, it is not the number its own named licensor publishes, and that licensor says its sub-licences ended in August 2024.
Money terms: RM1 in, RM20 out
The lobby’s balance panel shows “Deposit Minimum: RM1.00” and “Withdraw Minimum: RM20.00”, and its site settings carry the same two figures. That much is consistent. It also means a balance under RM20 cannot be cashed out at all, and several promotions need more than RM1 anyway: the welcome bonus card says “Deposit Minimum RM30.00”.
The payments strip in the footer shows logos for FPX, Touch ’n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, Visa, Mastercard, the i1Bayar gateway, Bitcoin, USDT (Tether) and Ethereum. No withdrawal processing time appears on the homepage, the promotions page or the contact page. Every promotion card adds “Register Name MUST Same As I/C Full Name”, and the contact page’s notice says the account name must match the bank account name (“NAMA ID mesti sama dengan NAMA BANK ACCOUNT”) — so a payout to anyone else’s account is ruled out from the start (how withdrawals and identity checks work). Before sending money anywhere, run the payee account through PDRM’s Semak Mule — a personal-name account for a “company” deposit is the loudest red flag in this market.
Bonus terms: the RM188 that pays out RM20
Credit where it is due: every tile on the lobby’s promotions page opens a card with the reward, the turnover and the withdrawal limit. Here is what the cards said on 2 October 2026:
| Promotion card | Reward | Conditions the card states |
|---|---|---|
| Register Free Bonus | RM188, no deposit | MegaH5 slot app only; “Turnover 10000 Credit”; maximum withdrawal (“Pengeluaran Maksimum”) RM20; one claim per name |
| Free 365 [MegaH5] | RM50, daily | MegaH5 only; turnover 3,000 credits; maximum withdrawal RM50 |
| Free Credit 365 Hari | RM1 a day (tile) | MegaH5 only; turnover “X300 (Credit)”; maximum withdrawal RM50 |
| Free Share | RM100 credit when a friend registers, with a RM5 deposit | MegaH5 only; turnover 5,000 credits; maximum withdrawal RM30 |
| No Turnover 20% / 30% / 40% | One a day, from RM1 | No turnover, but you withdraw only 80% / 70% / 60% of the balance |
| Welcome Bonus 50% | “Bonus Maksimum 388” | From RM30, once, turnover X3, slots only |
| First Daily 20% / Weekend 30% | “Bonus Maksimum” 188 / 288 | From RM30, turnover X2 |
| RM10 Free / RM50 Free | RM10 / RM50 on a deposit of the same | Turnover X15; maximum withdrawal RM200 / RM1,000 |
| Weekly Commission / Weekly Rebate | 5% of your invitees’ losses / 5% of your own losses | Turnover X10 / X3; maximum withdrawal 888 |
Four things in that table matter more than the headline amounts.
The RM188 is credit with a RM20 ceiling. The card works its own example: “Get Rm188 Bonus =188 + Win 10000 = 10188 Credit = RM20 (Withdraw)”. On the operator’s own arithmetic, a balance built up to 10,188 credits pays out RM20; the headline figure is more than nine times the most it can ever pay. It can only be claimed while the wallet holds less than RM1 (“Wallet Amount Must Be Below RM1”), on one slot app, once per name. The other free offers work the same way, with ceilings of RM30 to RM50.
“No Turnover” is not free. Instead of a turnover requirement, those cards keep part of your whole balance when you cash out, and their own examples show the cost: “MYR100 Free 20 = 120 WIN 500 = 620 X 80% = MYR496 (Withdraw)”. In that example the card keeps RM124 of the balance at withdrawal, against a RM20 bonus. The 40% card’s example, “MYR100 Free 40 = 140 WIN 500 = 640 X 60% = MYR384”, keeps RM256 against a RM40 bonus. The bigger the win, the bigger the deduction.
The commission pays you from your friends’ losses. The lobby runs a downline referral system (Jemput, Downline, Salin Pautan — invite, downline, copy link), and the Weekly Commission card pays “5%(Total Downline Lose)”. The more the people you invite lose, the more you earn.
Some terms are stated two ways. The Weekly Rebate card gives the claim time as “Every Monday 12am”; the notice on the lobby’s contact page says “Rebate 5% bagi setiap Khamis 12PM” (every Thursday at 12pm). The commission card says “Every Monday 12am”, the notice “setiap Isnin 12PM” (Mondays at 12pm). The same notice says “1 share dapat RM1 - RM10” (one share earns RM1 to RM10), while the Free Share card offers RM100 in credit; they may describe different things, and neither page explains the other. Screenshot the card you claim under.
Every card ends with the same warning: “If Found Illegal Betting, Abnormal Betting Situation, Bonus Hunting, Side Betting, Save Free Game Inside Game & Deposit To Withdraw, RICHMAN88 Shall Freeze The Deposit (Including The Amount Of The Profit And Bonus), The System Will Automatically Clear The Balance To Zero (0).” The cards also say “General RICHMAN88 Terms & Conditions Apply”, but none of the lobby pages we opened links to a general terms page that defines those phrases, and there is no outside body to escalate to.
The cashback ladders do not reward loyalty. Three deposits of RM30 earn RM11 (12.2%); three of RM100 earn RM35 (11.7%). On the weekly receipt ladder, thirty RM30 receipts earn RM68.88 (7.7%), fifty earn RM88.88 (5.9%) and seventy earn RM168.88 (8.0%) — the fifty-receipt tier is the worst rate on the board. Our wagering and rollover explainer shows how to work out what any target costs you, and our checklist of bonus terms worth reading twice applies in full.
Terma bonus RM88 — apa maknanya
The same software as Telur33, Peluang88 and Doktor Judi
RM88’s lobby runs on a white-label casino platform shared by other Malaysian brands we have reviewed. On 2 October 2026 the lobbies of Telur33, Peluang88, Doktor Judi, Cili88, MrLucky88 and Bila2Cuci used the same site-settings fields (each sets its own merchant name, minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal there), the same footer template and the same image host, xt30sf.b-cdn.net. That is a rented platform, not shared ownership or wrongdoing. It explains why these lobbies look alike, why their page titles follow one pattern (RM88’s reads “RM88 | Asia Biggest Online Casino | Slot Game | Live Casino | SportBook | Lottery & Poker”, and MYR88’s is the same bar the name), and why one licence sentence turns up on brand after brand.
It is a platform, not a partner ring. Unlike Peluang88, whose lobby sends visitors to partner brands with referral codes, rm88a.net’s pages linked to no other casino brand on 2 October 2026. Nor is it one of the doorway sites in our casino doorway network investigation: none of its images come from that network’s image account.
What a player would not notice
An unfinished template. A floating “Subscribe Us” tab on the homepage links to the placeholder address https://xxxxx/, the licence logo’s link reads website, and the copyright line still says “2018-2024 RICHMAN88”.
A VPN on the contact page. The notice on the lobby’s contact page ends: “tidak dapat masuk boleh download 1.1.1.1 +WARP VPN” — if you cannot get in, download Cloudflare’s 1.1.1.1 app and switch on WARP. That is advice for getting round a block. rm88a.net opened normally from Malaysia on 2 October 2026, but its old .com address is on the MCMC block list.
A sideloaded app. The app button opens a page on rm88myh5api.fun that serves an Android .apk file directly. That server’s own file headers say the file was last changed in October 2024. Installing it bypasses Google Play’s review, and you cannot verify what you installed.
Superlatives with nothing behind them. The homepage calls the site “Asia The Biggest And Most Trusted Gambling Site Available In Malaysia”, with “Best Security Standards”. Nothing on it names a registered company you could check that against.
Verdict and rating rationale — 2/10
| Criterion | Finding |
|---|---|
| Licence named and confirmed on a regulator’s register | No — #1168/JAZ is not on Curaçao’s registry; nothing on Anjouan’s |
| Licence claim consistent with its named licensor | No — Gaming Curaçao gives its number as 365/JAZ and says its sub-licences expired on 18 August 2024 |
| Company identified | Only as “Moon Technologie”, a name not on Curaçao’s registry |
| Minimum deposit and withdrawal published | Yes — RM1 and RM20, matching its site settings |
| Bonus terms published | Yes, on the promotion cards — and the RM188 sign-up bonus caps withdrawal at RM20 |
| Terms stated one way | No — the rebate day is Monday on its card, Thursday on its contact-page notice |
| Outside body for complaints | None |
| Verified non-payment case | None on record — and none alleged here |
| Placement | Not recommended; not on our blacklist |
Under our licence-first rule, a casino is ranked only when a regulator’s own register confirms its licence; a brand whose licence cannot be confirmed scores 2 or 3. RM88 scores 2 rather than 3 because its licence is not merely unconfirmed but contradicted: the number is absent from the register, differs from the one its named licensor published, and belongs to a sub-licence system that licensor says ended in 2024. The red flags around it — a RM188 headline that pays RM20 at most, “No Turnover” bonuses that keep up to 40% of your balance, and a contact page that tells players to use a VPN — confirm the score rather than set it. It is not 0 because we have nothing showing it has cheated a specific player, and we will not imply that from licence and platform findings. See our methodology for how the score is built, and our blacklist and watchlist for how the two tiers differ.
Licensed alternatives
If you are going to play, play somewhere that names its company, holds a licence you can find on the regulator’s own register, and publishes one set of terms.
- Dafabet, we88, Surewin, BK8, GOD55, Rizzy and Eclbet — the seven casinos in our ranking (six passed our 29 September 2026 licence check, Rizzy a separate check on 1 October), each with a licence the regulator’s own register confirms and published bonus terms. Read each full review before you sign up: for BK8 and Eclbet the register does not list the Malaysian lobbies their players end up on.
- The full ranking is at best online casino Malaysia.
- If free credit is what brought you here, read free credit casino Malaysia first.
If you have already deposited and cannot withdraw
Treat it as a scam matter rather than a customer-service matter, and do these in order.
- Check which site holds your account. If you signed up through a link someone sent you, look at the address: the RM88 lobby is
rm88a.net, andrichman88.netis a different site with different terms. - Call 997, the National Scam Response Centre, then lodge a police report anyway. Calling 997 does not replace the report: the NSRC’s own FAQ says a police report must still be made within 24 hours. The NSRC says the 997 line is open from 8am to 8pm every day, so call your bank’s 24-hour fraud line too: the window to freeze a transfer is measured in hours.
- Check any payee account at Semak Mule before you ever transfer. A personal bank account rather than a company account is the single loudest red flag in Malaysian online gambling.
- Keep your screenshots of the promotion card you claimed under, the balance panel’s minimums and every chat message. With no general terms page, those are the only record you have.
Understand your legal position too. No Malaysian authority licenses online casinos, and an offshore licence — even a real one — is not a Malaysian licence. Gambling with an unlicensed operator is an offence for players in Malaysia: gaming in a common gaming house (section 6(1) of the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953) and betting with a bookmaker “by any means” (section 6(1) of the Betting Act 1953) each carry a fine of up to RM5,000, up to six months’ jail, or both, and in October 2023 the Court of Appeal upheld convictions for online roulette played on laptops. Our guide to Malaysian gambling law has the details. More patterns are collected in our first Scam Watch roundup.
What Holds Up
- We have no verified case of RM88 refusing to pay a named Malaysian player, and we do not allege one
- Every promotion card publishes its turnover and maximum withdrawal before you claim
- The RM1 minimum deposit and RM20 minimum withdrawal are shown on the homepage and match the site settings
Why We Don't Recommend It
- Its footer claims Curaçao master licence #1168/JAZ, a number not on the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s registry
- Gaming Curaçao gives its own master licence as 365/JAZ and says the sub-licences under it expired on 18 August 2024
- No CGA seal and no link to the regulator’s certificate portal; the licence logo links to the word “website”
- The RM188 Register Free Bonus pays out RM20 at most, by its own card
- “No Turnover” bonuses keep 20% to 40% of the whole balance at withdrawal
- Two of the three addresses its own contact page calls official do not exist
- The contact page tells players who cannot get in to download a VPN
- The rebate day is Monday on its promotion card and Thursday on its contact-page notice
- No general terms page and no outside body to take a complaint to

RM88 FAQ
Apa itu RM88? Is RM88 a casino or a ringgit amount?
This page is about the casino. RM88 is the Malaysia-facing online casino at rm88a.net, whose own homepage and footer call the brand Richman88. If you were looking up a price of RM88 in ringgit, this is not that page: it is a review of the casino, which scores 2 out of 10 and which we do not recommend.
Adakah RM88 berlesen? Is RM88 licensed?
Not by any licence we could confirm. Its footer claims Curaçao master licence #1168/JAZ under Gaming Services Provider N.V. The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s registry (edition of 21 September 2026) contains no /JAZ numbers at all, and Gaming Curaçao’s own website gives its master licence as 365/JAZ and says the sub-licences under it expired on 18 August 2024. Anjouan’s register had no entry for RM88 either.
Adakah RM88 boleh dipercayai? Can RM88 be trusted?
We cannot tell you it can. Its licence claim is contradicted by the regulator’s own register, so if a withdrawal stops there is no licensing authority to complain to. That is not the same as saying it takes money: we have no verified case of it refusing to pay a named player, so it is not on our blacklist. It scores 2 out of 10.
Berapa minimum deposit dan minimum withdraw RM88?
On 2 October 2026 the homepage said RM1.00 to deposit and RM20.00 to withdraw, and the site settings carried the same figures. A balance under RM20 cannot be withdrawn. The welcome bonus needs a RM30 deposit, and the “RM10 Free” and “RM50 Free” offers need deposits of RM10 and RM50.
Adakah bonus percuma RM188 RM88 betul? Is the RM188 free bonus real?
The offer is on the promotions page, and its card states the terms: MegaH5 slot app only, turnover of 10,000 credits, one claim per name, and a maximum withdrawal of RM20. The card’s own example reads “188 + Win 10000 = 10188 Credit = RM20 (Withdraw)”. So the RM188 is playing credit, and the most it can turn into is RM20 in cash. See free credit casino Malaysia for how these offers usually work.
RM88 login mana yang betul? Which RM88 link is the real one?
The lobby is rm88a.net. Its contact page lists rm88a.net, rm88b.net and rm88c.net as official, but on 2 October 2026 only rm88a.net existed; the other two had no DNS record. richman88.net is a different site on different software. The lobby’s app is an Android .apk served from rm88myh5api.fun, outside Google Play. Never enter a password from a link forwarded on Telegram or WhatsApp.
Is RM88 the same as M88, MYR88 or richman88.net?
No to M88: nothing on rm88a.net refers to it. MYR88 (myr88a.com) is a separately named brand on the same rented software, with the same page-title wording; it is blocked for Malaysian connections. richman88.net also calls itself Richman88, but runs on different software, makes different licence claims and does not link to rm88a.net; it does not say who runs it.
Is RM88 legal in Malaysia?
No Malaysian authority licenses online casinos, and an offshore licence is not a Malaysian one. Gaming in a common gaming house and betting with a bookmaker are offences for players under section 6(1) of the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and section 6(1) of the Betting Act 1953, each punishable by a fine of up to RM5,000, up to six months’ jail, or both; in October 2023 the Court of Appeal upheld convictions for online roulette played on laptops. RM88’s Curaçao claim would not change that even if it were valid.
Licensed Alternatives to RM88
The floor is simple: a brand that names its company, holds a licence the regulator’s own register confirms, and states its terms before you register. These three passed our 29 September 2026 licence check — for each, the regulator’s own register or certificate covers the lobby our button opens — and are in our best online casino Malaysia rankings, where each has a full review.
Dafabet
Regulator certificate covers the site we link; 100% up to MYR 1,200
Surewin
Licence covers the 6myrsure.win lobby we link; 298% up to MYR 2,980
GOD55
Licence covers the god55.host lobby we link; 255% slot welcome at 35x
Operators we tell readers to avoid outright are on the blacklist. RM88 is not on it: we have no evidence of player harm, only a licence claim the register contradicts and bonus terms that cap what you can take out. Brands we are still watching are collected in our first Scam Watch roundup, and the #1168/JAZ number in RM88’s footer is traced across other brands in Scam Watch #2. For another lobby on the same platform, see our Cili88 review.
18+ only. Gambling is not a way to make money, and the house edge applies to every game on every platform. RM88’s RM188 sign-up bonus pays out RM20 at most and its “No Turnover” bonuses keep up to 40% of your balance, so set a deposit limit before you play and never chase a loss. Online casino gambling is an offence for players in Malaysia under the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and the Betting Act 1953; this review is published so that people who gamble anyway can do so with accurate information. This review follows our independent review methodology; we verified every claim we could, attributed every figure to the page that published it, and said plainly where something could not be checked. This page will be re-checked if RM88 publishes a licence that a regulator’s own register confirms for rm88a.net. Operator pages, their raw source, the Curaçao and Anjouan registers and Gaming Curaçao’s website were checked on 2 October 2026.
Brand Profile
Expert Verdict
“RM88’s footer names the company Gaming Curaçao used, with a different number from the one Gaming Curaçao publishes, under a system that closed in 2024. Its RM188 sign-up bonus can pay RM20 at most, by its own card. Neither is something a player can hold anyone to.”
