“Certified by BMM Testlabs.” BMM Testlabs is an ISO-accredited testing laboratory, not a licensing authority — a distinction worth holding onto, because a lab certifies that a specific game build met a specific standard on a specific date, which is not the same as a regulator authorising a company to take your money. BMM publishes no public client register, so a “certified by BMM” badge is not publicly verifiable from the outside. That is not the same as saying it is false, and we are not saying it is false.

Curaçao licences are now issued directly by the Curaçao Gaming Authority, which superseded the old master-licensee model on 24 December 2024; the four master licensees that used to sub-license hundreds of brands have all lapsed, so a badge quoting an old “xxxx/JAZ” number is describing an arrangement that has ended. The two government listings disagree on its hours — the NFCC’s own NSRC page says 8.00am to 8.00pm daily while malaysia.gov.my says 24 hours — so call your bank’s own 24-hour fraud line if it does not answer. Call the moment you realise money has gone: the chance of freezing funds falls away quickly.
• Check the payee account on Semak Mule and keep the screenshot. It is evidence, and it is also the thing that warns the next person.
• Lodge a police report at the nearest station within 24 hours as well. The NFCC’s own NSRC FAQ says reports must be made within 24 hours, and that follow-up action cannot be carried out by the police without one. Official sources still conflict on whether the 997 call alone is enough, so do both.
