BMM is a testing laboratory, not a licensing body: BMM's own site says approval comes from the regulator, which mostly relies on an accredited test lab's recommendation.
BMM report. NextSpin links only the cover page of a BMM Spain Testlabs evaluation of “Nextspin RNG v 1.0”, dated 15 July 2020. The cover says the full report is confidential, prepared for NextSpin and the Malta Gaming Authority; its title names the random number generator, not individual games.
PAGCOR. Our earlier profile listed PAGCOR as a licensing body, but its list of approved electronic games, one file per supplier, had no NextSpin file on 9 October 2026. Games can also sit in another company's file, so this does not show NextSpin games are unapproved.
