JILI in Malaysia
Games and the evidence behind them
PAGCOR’s current JILI document lists 219 approved entries under JILI (I-Slot Gaming Corporation). It identifies games and versions; it does not license a Malaysian casino or verify payouts.
JILI: what we verified
JILI’s name is on Super Ace, Golden Empire, Fortune Gems, Money Coming and Charge Buffalo, and on the Mega Fishing and Jackpot Fishing tembak ikan (fishing) games. All seven appear on PAGCOR’s current JILI list and on JILI’s own game pages.
Start from the game ID, not a JILI badge. PAGCOR’s latest JILI document is dated 7 September 2026; an older May version is still online, so an old bookmark can give an outdated answer.
A supplier name does not settle the game version, the lobby’s rules or who handles your money. We checked supplier pages and regulator records, not any casino’s game feed, app or payouts.

What PAGCOR publishes about JILI
PAGCOR’s current index links to the JILI (I-Slot Gaming Corporation) document, dated 7 September 2026. Its 219 numbered entries (13 eBingo, 199 eCasino, seven numeric) give each game’s ID, version and type. That is an approval list, not JILI’s worldwide catalogue; two IDs are each shared by two names.
PAGCOR’s accredited gaming affiliates list (27 August 2026) names i-Slot Gaming Corporation as a game content provider, with all its game types marked as “game offerings that have yet to commence commercial operations”. Neither JILI nor i-Slot is on PAGCOR’s gaming system administrators list (8 October 2026) or its support service providers list (17 September 2026). i-Slot, not the JILI name, is a game content provider on the enrolled suppliers list of PAGCOR’s Gaming Licensing and Development Department (24 September 2026).
The JILI list is “EGLD-approved”: it comes from a different unit, PAGCOR’s Electronic Gaming Licensing Department, which PAGCOR describes as its regulatory arm over local gaming operations in the Philippines (PAGCOR-licensed venues and their online platforms). Neither the list nor i-Slot’s accreditation authorises a casino to serve Malaysian players.
The old Gaming Curaçao seal
JILI’s own footer shows no Curaçao seal. If another site attributes a Gaming Curaçao seal or licence to JILI, Gaming Curaçao’s own notice says it ceased operations on 18 August 2024 and its seals became inactive. That defeats reliance on the seal; it does not prove a business has no other licence.
The Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) publishes the current registers. Its licence registry (updated 2 October 2026, 666 licence rows), certificate-holder list (31 August 2026) and enforcement register (14 September 2026) contain no name with “JILI”, “I-Slot” or “TaDa”. They list companies, not brands or websites, so this shows that no licensee carries the JILI name, not that no licensed company supplies JILI games.
Laboratory certificates
JILI’s website footer shows GLI’s certification mark and a BMM Testlabs logo; neither links anywhere or carries a certificate number. GLI says an approved user must link its mark to a Certificate of Integrity naming the company or brand, websites and certified products. We did not verify a JILI-specific GLI or BMM certificate; that is different from saying none exists.
PAGCOR’s support service providers list names one independent testing lab, GLI Asia Limited Philippine Branch; its enrolled-suppliers list adds eCOGRA’s Philippine branch. Neither shows which JILI games a lab has certified, and a lab certificate is not a casino licence.
Who is behind JILI, and what is in the catalogue
What is not established about JILI
Observations from public pages, 9 October 2026
- No company details on JILI’s site. Its homepage and company page give no founding year, address, country or legal name. The footer reads “COPYRIGHT © 2023. All rights reserved to JILI.” Contact is a form, an email and three Telegram sales handles.
- A Philippine grouping. PAGCOR files the JILI list under i-Slot Gaming Corporation, which PAGCOR’s enrolled-suppliers list places in Mandaue City, Cebu. That ties the Philippine approvals to i-Slot; it does not show who owns the worldwide brand.
- TaDa Gaming names on JILI’s site. JILI’s homepage has a hidden “TaDa Gaming” heading, its footer logo has the alt text “tada”, and nearly all its files load from a storage bucket named “tada-cdn-asia”.
- Shared game names. Twelve of the 15 games on TaDa Gaming’s fish-shooting page share names with PAGCOR’s JILI list, including Mega Fishing and Jackpot Fishing, whose TaDa pages show the same specification panels as JILI’s.
What these observations do not show: whether JILI and TaDa are linked by ownership or contract, or that two games with one name run the same maths.
What is in the catalogue
PAGCOR and JILI label the same games differently. Examples and IDs (in brackets) come from the 7 September 2026 list; JILI’s labels from its game pages.
| PAGCOR type (entries) | JILI’s label on its game pages | Examples (PAGCOR ID) |
|---|---|---|
| SLOT (125) | Slot | Super Ace (49), Golden Empire (103), Fortune Gems (109), Boxing King (77), Charge Buffalo (47) |
| ARCADE-TYPE (35) | Fish and Arcade, for the fishing examples | Mega Fishing (74), Jackpot Fishing (32), Happy Fishing (82), Dragon Fortune (60) |
| TABLE (39) | Table and Card; Color Game is labelled Crash | Sic Bo (Extra Pay) (125), Baccarat (152), Speed Baccarat (262), Color Game (197) |
| eBINGO (13) | Bingo | Bingo Adventure (177), Super Bingo (151) |
| NUMERIC (7) | Crash for Keno; Table and Card for Number King | Keno (241), Number King (111) |
The 35 ARCADE-TYPE entries also include non-fishing arcade games such as Mines and Plinko.
Named games and versions
| Game in the current list | Game ID | Version |
|---|---|---|
| Super Ace | 49 | V1 |
| Super Ace Deluxe | 403 | V1 |
| Golden Empire | 103 | V1 |
| Golden Empire 2 | 424 | V1 |
| Fortune Gems | 109 | V1 |
| Fortune Gems 2 | 223 | V1 |
| Mega Fishing | 74 | V1 |
| Jackpot Fishing | 32 | V1 |
These come from the regulator document, not a popularity ranking; sequels are separate entries (see Sequels and shared IDs). JILI’s game pages use the same numbers in their addresses (Super Ace is jiligames.com/PlusIntro/49), and each of the 28 we read on 9 October 2026 matched PAGCOR’s ID.
What JILI’s game pages show about RTP
None of the 28 JILI game pages we read on 9 October 2026 showed an RTP, and PAGCOR’s list has no RTP column. The 15 slot pages each list a maximum win, volatility and ways or lines.
| Game (ID) | Max win | Volatility | Ways or lines | RTP shown |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Super Ace (49) | 10,000x | Low–medium | 1,024 ways | None |
| Super Ace Deluxe (403) | 10,000x | Medium | 1,024 ways | None |
| Golden Empire (103) | 2,000x | Low–medium | 32,400 (listed as “megaways”) | None |
| Golden Empire 2 (424) | 25,000x | Medium | 32,400 ways | None |
| Fortune Gems (109) | 375x | Low–medium | 5 lines | None |
| Fortune Gems 2 (223) | 10,000x | Medium | 5 lines | None |
| Mega Fishing (74) | 950x | Not shown | — | None |
| Jackpot Fishing (32) | “Jackpot” | Not shown | — | None |
Figures from JILI’s game pages (for example jiligames.com/PlusIntro/49; each row uses its ID), read 9 October 2026. The fishing pages list their paylines as 0. These are JILI’s published specifications, not the version a casino runs, and a maximum win is a ceiling, not a likely result.
An RTP on the game’s information screen or paytable is that version’s own stated figure, though nobody has checked it for that casino. If a website quotes one RTP for all JILI games, ask which titles and versions it covers. Our RTP glossary explains why a theoretical return is not a session payout.
The claim we decided not to print
We have not printed the claim that JILI ships each slot in several RTP versions for casinos to choose from: its game pages and PAGCOR’s list document none, though nothing we read rules them out. Check your version.
Sequels and shared IDs
JILI sequels have near-identical names but separate PAGCOR entries: Super Ace (49), Super Ace 2 (542), Super Ace Deluxe (403) and Super Ace Joker (409); Golden Empire (103) and Golden Empire 2 (424); Fortune Gems (109) and Fortune Gems 2 (223); Charge Buffalo (47), 3 Charge Buffalo (460) and Charge Buffalo Ascent (259). Two pairs share one ID: Fortune Gems 3 and Fortune Gems 500 (both 540), and Fortune Coins and Fortune Coins 2 (both 573).
Do not transfer specifications from one name to another. Golden Empire lists a 2,000x maximum win; Golden Empire 2 lists 25,000x. JILI’s own Charge Buffalo page lists 40 paylines while its description says 4,096, so check the game’s information screen.
What one RTP point is worth
One percentage point of RTP is RM10 of extra expected loss on RM1,000 of total bets. That is turnover, not a deposit: a much smaller balance replayed can reach it. It is a long-run average, not a one-session forecast; our wagering guide shows how fast turnover builds.
“Live RTP”, “RTP bocor” and “JILI hack” sites
Treat a site as a red flag if it sells a “live RTP”, an “RTP bocor” (leaked RTP) or a “JILI hack” without naming its source, or promises guaranteed wins. The JILI pages we read show no RTP, so ask where any “live” figure comes from. By contrast, JDB’s own pages gave RTP figures for the two titles in our JDB guide (read 7 October 2026).
Fishing games (tembak ikan): check shot costs and prize rules
In a fishing game each shot is a bet, and targets carry different prizes. JILI’s Mega Fishing and Jackpot Fishing pages give no volatility or RTP, and the approval document does not explain payout probabilities. A big fish multiplier is a possible prize, not the chance of winning it.
Check the cost per shot and whether automatic fire keeps spending until stopped; aiming skill does not remove the gambling risk. Our fishing game guide explains controls, shot costs and prize rules.
TaDa Gaming’s write-ups for these two games add RTP figures (and an 888x maximum win for Jackpot Fishing) that JILI’s pages do not show. They are not confirmed for the game in a JILI lobby.
Check the operator behind the JILI tab
Use the Malaysia casino comparison for operator evidence. A supplier logo does not establish a licensed domain, a withdrawal route or current availability.
On 9 October 2026 we looked at the game menus of the seven casinos in our Malaysia ranking. Five showed JILI:
| Casino | Our review | JILI in the game menu (9 Oct 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| we88 | we88 review | JILI slots tab and a JILI fishing banner |
| Surewin | Surewin review | JILI listed among slot and fishing providers |
| BK8 | BK8 review | JILI in the slots provider menu |
| GOD55 | GOD55 review | JILI tabs for slots and fishing in the Malaysian menu |
| Eclbet | Eclbet review | JILI card in the slots provider list |
When we checked, Dafabet’s site showed our connection a “Restricted Territory” page and Rizzy’s showed a bot check, so neither is in the table; that is not evidence either way. A menu tab is a dated observation, not a recommendation or proof of a game version.
A JILI tab does not mean every bonus counts JILI play. Our BK8 review records that BK8’s 288% welcome excluded JiLi games, while its separate 100% slots welcome listed them, including fishing games (terms read 7 October 2026). Check each offer’s eligible-games list.
Our warning directory and Alibaba66 and Waja33 reviews cover those brands; their findings do not transfer to every casino with the same supplier logo.
How to check a JILI game in 60 seconds
- Check the exact title and ID. Sequels share names but are separate entries, such as Super Ace (49) and Super Ace Deluxe (403).
- Look for an RTP on the game’s information screen or paytable before your first real bet.
- Use a demo only to learn the controls and rules. It cannot prove who supplies the real-money feed, that settings match, or that withdrawals will be honoured.
- Compare the paytable’s maximum win with the casino’s banner. If they disagree, trust the game’s own paytable; the banner is marketing.
- Never install a JILI “app” from a Telegram or WhatsApp link. JILI’s website (read 9 October 2026) invites businesses to integrate its games and offers no app download.
- Close the tab on any “JILI hack”, “RTP bocor” or guaranteed-win pattern. No pattern can predict the outcome of a game of chance.
What a free-credit offer can tell you
A JILI free-credit promotion belongs to one operator’s offer. Check eligibility, any required deposit, permitted games, wagering and the cash-out limit; the JILI free-credit guide and wagering guide explain them. “Free credit” is not automatically withdrawable cash.
Malaysian legal context
Online gambling is not a legal grey area in Malaysia. The Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 s.6(1) and the Betting Act 1953 s.6(1) penalise players (a fine of up to RM5,000, up to six months’ jail, or both), and in October 2023 the Court of Appeal upheld convictions for online gambling on laptops. An offshore licence is not a Malaysian one.
An overseas supplier licence or game approval does not authorise online casino play in Malaysia either. See our Malaysia gambling-law guide.
If something goes wrong
If you suspect fraud, call your bank and the NSRC on 997 immediately, then lodge a police report anyway. Calling 997 does not replace it. Report older incidents too; recovery is not guaranteed. Keep the site address, receipts and account messages.
Official listings differ on 997’s hours: the National Anti-Financial Crime Centre says 8am to 8pm daily, while malaysia.gov.my lists 24 hours. If you cannot get through, use your bank’s 24-hour fraud line. The NSRC guidance published by Hong Leong Bank explains the steps.
Before paying an account, check it on Semak Mule, the Royal Malaysia Police checker; a clean result is not proof that it is safe.

Frequently asked questions
The document linked from PAGCOR’s index, dated 7 September 2026, contains 219 numbered entries: 13 eBingo, 199 eCasino and seven numeric games. This is not a total for JILI’s worldwide catalogue.
No. The list belongs to PAGCOR’s framework for local gaming operations in the Philippines. Neither it nor PAGCOR’s accreditation of i-Slot Gaming Corporation, whose offerings are marked as not yet commercially operating, licenses a casino serving Malaysia or guarantees withdrawals.
We found none in its name: on 9 October 2026 the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s three registers contained no name with “JILI”, “I-Slot” or “TaDa”. They list companies, not brands, so this does not prove that no licensed company supplies JILI games. Gaming Curaçao says it ceased operations on 18 August 2024 and its seals became inactive.
No single figure is established: none of the 28 JILI game pages we read on 9 October 2026 showed an RTP, and PAGCOR’s list has no RTP column. An RTP on your game’s information screen is that version’s own stated figure.
No single RTP for JILI is established, and the JILI game pages we read show none. Treat a single JILI figure elsewhere with caution and check the game’s own information screen. One RTP point means RM10 more expected loss on RM1,000 of total bets.
We cannot confirm that any particular JILI game is fair. PAGCOR approves 219 JILI entries for the Philippine market and JILI’s footer shows GLI and BMM Testlabs logos, but we did not verify a JILI-specific lab certificate. Judge the casino’s licence, terms and withdrawal rules too.
They are separate entries: PAGCOR lists Super Ace as ID 49 V1 and Super Ace Deluxe as ID 403 V1, and JILI’s pages list them separately, with low-medium and medium volatility respectively. Do not transfer one game’s specifications to the other.
No. A demo only shows how the game plays, and a JILI logo is an image any site can display; neither authenticates the casino’s real-money feed, licence or withdrawals. Judge the operator on its own licence, terms and record.
That depends on the specific offer. Check eligibility, deposit requirements, permitted games, wagering and withdrawal limits. The supplier name does not establish the promotion’s terms.
